1. Service overview
Encelads AI is a service that generates advertising videos using artificial intelligence, with automatic publishing to connected social networks (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook). By creating an account, you accept these terms.
2. User account
Creating an account requires a valid email address, verified by a code sent before any access to the service. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account.
3. Generated and published content
You remain solely responsible for the content you ask to be generated and for the videos you approve for publication. Encelads AI only publishes videos you have explicitly approved — never automatically without your action. It is forbidden to use the service to produce or distribute illegal, misleading, defamatory content, or content that infringes on a third party's rights.
4. Connecting to social networks
Publishing to a social network requires explicit OAuth authorization that you grant directly to that network (TikTok, Meta for Facebook/Instagram, Google for YouTube) — Encelads AI never has access to your password on these platforms. You can revoke this authorization at any time, from Encelads AI or directly from the network concerned.
5. Billing
Use of the service relies on credits, denominated in FCFA, purchased through our payment provider (Moneroo) or granted at signup. Purchased credits are non-refundable, except in the case of a proven technical error on our part.
6. Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time. Encelads AI may suspend or close an account in the event of a clear violation of these terms, notably fraudulent use or illegal content.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Encelads AI does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party social networks or the results of AI generation, and cannot be held liable for any use of generated content that is contrary to the law or to these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Côte d'Ivoire. Any dispute falls under the competent jurisdictions of Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.
