A credit corresponds to one video generation. A 10-second video costs between 3 and 5 credits depending on the options chosen (AI actor, exported formats); the price per credit doesn't change between packs.
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy a credit pack once and spend it at your own pace, with no automatic renewal or commitment period.
Do credits expire?
No, purchased or free credits stay available on your account for as long as it exists.
Can I get a refund on credits?
Purchased credits are non-refundable, except in the case of a proven technical error on our part — see our Terms of Service for details.
