1. Data we collect

Account: email, name, password (never stored in plain text), country (optional). Content: the videos and images you upload or generate. Social networks: when you connect a TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook account, we store the authorization token it issues you, encrypted, never your password on that network. Payment: the amounts and statuses of your transactions; card details never pass through our servers, they are handled directly by our payment provider.

2. Why we use it

To provide the service (video generation, publishing to the networks you connect), handle billing, respond to your support requests, and secure the service (abuse detection, request rate limiting).

3. Who this data is shared with

We use providers to run the service: Cloudinary (media storage), Resend (email delivery), Moneroo (payment), Sentry (technical error tracking). Your content is only sent to TikTok, Meta, or Google if you have explicitly connected the corresponding account and approved a publication. We never sell any data to third parties.

4. Cookies

We use technical cookies (session, authentication, CSRF protection), necessary for the service to function — no advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

5. Data retention

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and your data at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to the address below. You can also revoke access to a connected social network at any time, from Encelads AI or directly from that network.

7. Security

Social network authorization tokens are encrypted at rest. Exchanges with the service go over HTTPS. Access to administration functions is restricted and logged.
